How To Order

To purchase items browse or search the product categories, select your product(s) and add to the shopping basket, then proceed to the check out by clicking the relevant icons.

A ‘Zoo Pass’ can be purchased and can be used for a bespoke procurement list and then redeemed against any orders.  These can also be bought as a gift voucher for a friend, which they in turn can redeem online.  To redeem the ‘Zoo Pass’ voucher, simply enter the discount code when at the checkout and the value will be deducted from your total.

Credit/debit card payments are made via the secure Paypal system.  Once you have successfully placed an order you will receive an electronic receipt from Paypal and a confirmation e-mail to acknowledge your order from Different Like a Zoo.

Payment by cheque is also available, please e-mail us to arrange product reservations.
We can also accept card payment via telephone or email.

Most items listed are carried in stock unless otherwise stated.

Product Authenticity

All products available for purchase from Different Like a Zoo are described on the specific product page on the website as accurately as possible via photography and informational points.  Every product sold is a genuine production of the manufacturers and designers from which they are advertised.  We cannot guarantee that colours and details in the website image are accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

Delivery And Returns

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges via Royal Mail or Courier are 12% of the total order.  This is one simple charge regardless of how many items purchased and includes postal insurance.

Free delivery is available within Central London.

Returns policy

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, or if an order is received damaged or incorrect, just return it to us with the original packaging and we will refund or replace.

Customers are asked to inspect their items immediately on delivery.  The return or exchange of items that are found damaged or defected upon arrival will be the responsibility of Different Like a Zoo if reported within a 48 hour period and returned within seven working days from the time of delivery.  These reports should be sent to info @ differentlikeazoo.com with images and other relevant information that may act as proof of damage.

Undamaged items must be returned within 7 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.  This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.  These returns will only be accepted where the item is in perfect condition and shows no obvious signs of use. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning undamaged goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all of them until they reach our warehouse.  We strongly advise that proof of postage should be obtained from the Post Office or appropriate courier company when returning any part of you order and ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to replace or refund an item lost/damaged during transit.  Please include a note stating the reason for the return.

Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, flat-packed items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, gift vouchers and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.
